Management Team

CEO - Milind Tavshikar
Milind is responsible for the leadership, integration and strategy of the company. Milind has 13 years of experience in the IT industry in engineering and management positions. Most recently, as a Director of Intelligroup, he built and led the largest practice in the company focused on providing technology solutions to global enterprises. He sold and successfully managed large project implementations to a Fortune-500 customer base.He has delivered speeches and seminars at large technology conferences and has recently co-authored an MIT paper on RFID and disruptive innovation.
Milind holds a Bachelors in Computer Engineering , Masters in Business Administration from University of Pune and Masters in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management.

CTO - Rory O'Connor
Rory provides technology leadership to the company. He will leverage his research in the area of RFID and wireless sensors to advance all hardware products designed, developed and offered by the company. He will also develop lab experiments, proof of concepts/prototypes based on customer demands. He founded a profitable cluster computing startup in New Mexico 1999, Araneae Systems Corp.
Rory holds a BA(Math), BAI(Civil), SM, ScD(Civil) from MIT and was a Post-doc at Sandia National Labs in New Mexico.

COO - Prasanna Gogwekar
Prasanna heads software applications needed to provide RFID solutions to the market. He will leverage innovations at QID to design security and authentication as an overarching theme for embedded as well as application software. He is also be in charge of day-to-day field operations and lead operations of QuantumID India (Pvt) limited. Prasanna has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry and more than 10 years of experience in SAP consulting. He has managed large projects in the area of supply chain optimization for large corporations using enterprise software.
He holds a Bachelors in Computer Engineering and is a PMP six sigma green belt.

VP (Business Development) - John Eyemaro
John is responsible for global product management/development, marketing and strategic accounts relationship management of QID’s enterprise electronic tracking/monitoring products, including UHF RFID readers, mobile computer and communications products and peripherals. Prior to joining QID, John was a Principal at the Maro Group, founder and managing director of Entsol, Inc an enterprise systems and solutions company, he also held engineering and management positions at Digital Equipment and Compaq Computer Corporation, where he lead the mainstream/value line commercial notebook product portfolio with $1.2 billion global annual revenue. John holds a master’s degree in management from MIT Sloan School of Management, master’s degree in business administration from Boston University, master’s degree in engineering from Tennessee State University and bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Southern A&M University. .
