CEO – Milind Tavshikar
Milind is responsible for the leadership, integration and strategy of the company. Milind has 13 years of experience in the IT industry in engineering and management positions. Most recently, as a Director of Intelligroup, he built and led the largest practice in the company focused on providing technology solutions to global enterprises. He sold and successfully managed large project implementations to a Fortune-500 customer base. He has delivered speeches and seminars at large technology conferences and has recently co-authored an MIT paper on RFID and disruptive innovation.
Milind holds a Bachelors in Computer Engineering, Masters in Business Administration from University of Pune and Masters in Management from MIT Sloan School of Management.
COO – Prasanna Gogwekar
Prasanna heads software applications needed to provide RFID solutions to the market. He will leverage innovations at QID to design security and authentication as an overarching theme for embedded as well as application software. He is also being in charge of day-to-day field operations and lead operations of QuantumID India (Pvt) limited. Prasanna has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry and more than 10 years of experience in SAP consulting. He has managed large projects in the area of supply chain optimization for large corporations using enterprise software.
He holds Bachelors in Computer Engineering and is a PMP six sigma green belt.
EVP – Jay B. Shelat
Jay is responsible for overall sales development and marketing strategies. Additionally, he provides expertise in revenue management, customer service, and handling. To meet QID’s goals, he brings nearly 30 years experience in the airline, cargo, and logistics industries. As the VP of Cargo at Jet Airways in Mumbai, India, Jay led a team that grew revenue almost 80% in 5 years. At American Airlines, Jay successfully managed a global team of sales executives, maintained relationships with 120 airline partners, and provided consistent year-over-year growth under very challenging industry conditions.

VP-Shigekazu Takizawa, Japan.
Shigekazu is responcible for the management of complete Japan Operations including domestic sales & marketing, solution development and global delivery/deployment of the QID solutions.
He is having more than 35years of experience in cargo industry. Before QID, Shigekazu have worked with other well-known cargo and logistics industries such as American Airlines (Cargo), Emery Worldwide, Mitsui air cargo service San Francisco Branch and Hitachi Co.,Ltd. During his period he have served these companies on various positions.
Shigekazu holds Bachelors in Statistical Management from Tokyo Science University

VP Cargo Solutions-Vladimir Camacho
Vladimir leads the implementation and deployment efforts of the SmartKargo solution. He is the “first to arrive and the last to leave,” overseeing the QID team that is responsible for transitioning the client onto SmartKargo.
He brings over 15 years of airline/air cargo operations experience. He was a manager of Cargo Services (JFK) for American Airlines, went to Iraq as part of the rebuilding effort in 2004 concentrating on commercial aviation cargo operation at Basra International Airport, and did operational re-engineering consulting work for American Airlines Cargo upon his return.
He successfully launched Hertz Rent-a-Car’s suburban expansion in Long Island, NY as their City Manager in 2005. His consulting experience includes American Airlines Cargo, the City Council of New York City, and NonZero Ventures LLC of Chicago (a boutique consulting firm), as well as working alongside IBM, Deloitte, and EDS (now part of Hewlett Packard).
Vladimir holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from St. Francis College and a MBA in Finance from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Vaughn College of Aeronautics & Technology in the Aviation Department, (giving lectures at the Sreenidhi Institute of Science and Technology in Hyderabad, India); and at (CUNY) York College’s Business & Economics’ Aviation Management Program in New York City.

MD – Mohan Kash
Mohan is responsible for the management of complete Indian Operations including domestic sales & marketing, solution development and global delivery/deployment of the QID solutions.
Before QID, Mohan spent 8 year in senior investment role at a Family Investment Office and at a Private Equity firm. Prior of investment roles, Mohan has 10+ years of leading software product management, design, development and delivery teams for various companies including Microsoft.
Mohan holds a Masters in Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and Bachelor of Engineering from Nagpur University.
