SOFTWARE COMPONENTS:
BDO Capture Module - Automatically converts paper copies of BDOs (Baggage Delivery Orders) into electronic scanner using a flat bed scanner attached to a PC. This module is compatible with 1D/2D barcodes, GEN2 RFID tags or electronic files provided by airlines via EDI for easy and automated transfer of data from airlines to delivery companies.
Delivery Module - Allows drivers to obtain a list of all baggage assigned to them along with an optimized route for delivery.
Location Module - Provides real time location of driver and bags that are being delivered. Such information is available to the customers who may use the airline provided BDO number to track their own bags over the internet.
Billing and Commission Module -Provides automatic billing to be sent to airlines based on predetermined delivery rates. It also generates commission per driver as per pre-negotiated agreements.
Business Analytics - Extensive reporting capabilities provide information on service levels achieved, revenue generation, airport level performance, station profitability amongst other daily reports.
